Question 2: What will happen when the extrusion temperature of the 3D printer is too high and too low?

If the temperature of the 3D Printer Extruders is too high, if the temperature is too high, the filament in the nozzle will become very sticky and easily flow out of the nozzle. The extrusion speed of the 3D printer is controlled by the voltage input to the DC motor of the wire feed mechanism. The DC power supply that controls the DC motor generally has several voltages that can be converted, and the wire feeding speed is fast when the voltage is large. If the wire feeding speed is too small, the wire output will not be full because there is not enough wire material to be fed into the nozzle for extrusion, and the wire output speed will decrease. When the wire feeding speed increases, the wire material is squeezed into the nozzle under the action of a certain force, and the melted wire material is compressed to generate a certain pressure in the cylindrical cavity of the nozzle, and then a strong pressure is generated in the nozzle through the positive rotation of the screw to make the molten wire Extrude at a certain speed. Since a certain pressure is maintained in the cylindrical cavity of the nozzle, the filaments are continuously extruded. When the wire feeding speed increases to a certain value, the extrusion of the screw cannot keep up with the wire feeding speed, the feeding of the wire is blocked, and the fuse will accumulate, causing the plastic hose that guides and transmits the wire to be twisted until the wire is blocked. break.

Question 6: How to increase the extrusion line width of the 3D printer?

Increasing the extrusion line width can result in thicker and stronger infill walls that greatly improves the mechanical strength of the print.
